Metatarsal Dome Model – Insollz

Designed for targeted forefoot relief, the Metatarsal Dome Model builds upon our Comfort+ model with the addition of carefully positioned 6mm Poron® metatarsal domes. These domes are strategically placed to offload pressure from the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th metatarsal heads, helping to reduce pain by elevating and suspending these areas away from ground contact.

Combined with the Comfort+ model’s 2.4mm PU-R cushioning layer and soft microfibre top cover, this insole delivers superior shock absorption—minimising impact and deflecting stress away from sensitive zones.

An excellent choice for individuals managing Metatarsalgia, Morton’s Neuroma, or similar forefoot conditions.

Please note: This model is not machine washable. Clean with a damp cloth only.
