I’ve been wearing these since meeting you back in 2025 at the running show - I run 40 miles a week, but I wear these in my work boots as I’m on my feet for 50-60 hours a week, and on hot tar. Game changer. They last!!! They’ve supported me through plantar, and in all honesty these changed my life. No insole matches these, and I struggled with daily pain for 6/7 months. After wearing these, the pain eased (had to do the rehab), but these helped so much.

I purchased my Insollz a week ago and I am thoroughly impressed! I currently have tendinitis in my ankle caused by flat feet and a meniscus tear in my knee, since wearing the Insollz in my work boots and trainers when playing tennis I have had a noticeable change in my overall posture, and a noticeable reduction in the pain I was experiencing. I will absolutely be purchasing further Insollz and would recommend them to anyone who is on their feet a lot, or is experiencing pain due to flat feet or impact.
