Metatarsal Dome is a separate model aimed at targeted forefoot offloading where discomfort or excessive hard skin affects the area beneath the 2nd, 3rd or 4th metatarsal heads, individually or in combination. These are the areas behind the middle three toes, under the balls of your feet. It combines the Insollz orthotic foundation with a specifically positioned dome.

Choose this model for a forefoot offloading need, not as a general support upgrade or for big-toe discomfort alone. The position of the offloading feature matters.

Fitting

Choose from the sizes available on this product page. Remove your shoe’s original insole before fitting and follow the supplied fitting instructions.
