Verified ownerSecond time I’ve purchased these. Easy to break in, sound fit and great support to my non-existent arches. Used in both normal work wear and trainers; comfortable and reduced pain to the inside of my knee after a few days of wearing. Really like the fact that unlike other ‘medically issued’ insoles, these aren’t rigid and inflexible, allowing support and comfort. £30 is a little below the average I’ve found on google and multi-buy meant even better value for money. I’m a size 10-10.5 and these can be trimmed down to fit smaller with two sizes available.
Waiting now for their release of a size 11-12 for my walking boots.

Verified ownerI’ve been using these insoles for a week now and they are a game changer. I’ve been suffering from painful Achilles and it was really hurting to walk. Well I have no more pain, my feet feel brand new. These insoles fit so well in my shoe. I’m a size 5 so I brought the 5/6 size, just trimmed a little of the top, there is a line you can follow, and then popped them in my shoe. I will definitely be ordering more.
